Seasons Glen is a condo and townhome community located in Mount Arlington in Morris County, NJ. There are approximately 591 units in the complex which was built between 1992 and 1998. Seasons Glen offers 1 and 2 bedroom condos in multi-unit buildings - 2 and 3 bedroom townhomes (many with a 1-car garage and basement) - and 3 to 4 bedroom detached villas with 2-car garages. Some of the villas have 1st floor master bedrooms. The community is known for its beautiful setting and award winning landscaping. The development is a condominium or condo association. As of the year 2018, A&R Midstate Management, which has an on-site office in the clubhouse, was employed by the residents. The monthly association fee was $220 to $390 depending upon the size of the unit and includes exterior building maintenance, common area maintenance, landscaping, common area insurance, snow removal, and garbage collection. Commute

The community has easy access to Interstate 80 for an eastbound commute. Residents can walk to the Mount Arlington Train Station, which is on the NJ Transit Morristown Line, and provides direct service to Hoboken Terminal. Passengers can transfer to another train in Dover for Midtown Direct service to NY Penn Station. At Hoboken Terminal, passengers can switch to the PATH to reach NYC. The NJ Transit Montclair-Boonton Line also passes through the station. In addition, the parking lot at the station serves as a park-and-ride for Lakeland Bus Lines service to NY Port Authority Terminal in Midtown as well as other locations in NYC. During rush hour, the bus ride takes about 65 minutes. The stop is known as the Howard Blvd Park n Ride.

Schools

The Mount Arlington School District serves public school students in kindergarten through eighth grade. Edith M. Decker School serves students in grade K-2. The Mount Arlington Elementary school serves students in grades 3-8. For grades 9-12, public school students attend Roxbury High School in Roxbury.

Shopping

There is an amazing about of nearby shopping for residents. The Rockaway Townsquare Mall is about 10 minutes away in Rockaway Township and is one of the largest and most modern malls in New Jersey. The Ledgewood Mall and Roxbury Mall are about 10 minutes away in Roxbury Township. The ITC Crossing is about 10 minutes away in Mount Olive and features large national chain stores and popular restaurants.
